We ask that you work with us in good faith to resolve any disputes within 30 days of notifying us of a specific issue before submitting a request for arbitration. You understand that any award made through arbitration is subject to the limitations set forth in the Rentequi Terms and Conditions . You understand and agree that, by exercising these Terms, you and Rentequi waive the right to arbitration or to participate in a class action.

This arbitration agreement (“Arbitration Agreement”) is a condition of the Rentequi platform and application terms of use. This agreement shall be effective from the effective date.

 

This Terms and Conditions Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Algeria .

 

Any dispute arising out of, relating to, the drafting, execution, interpretation, invalidation, termination, or cancellation of this Agreement, or arising from or relating to it in any way, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration Rules issued by the State of Algeria in compliance with the applicable rules. The seat of arbitration shall be the competent court in the jurisdiction where the complaint is filed .

 

 

Prohibition of class action and representative lawsuits

and Rentequi agree , as part of this Arbitration Agreement, that neither of us may bring claims against the other except on an individual basis and not as part of any purported class action or representative action. We refer to this as the “Class and Representative Action Prohibition.” Unless otherwise agreed, the arbitrator may not combine or join your or our claim with the claims of any other person or party, nor may they preside over any form of consolidated, representative, or class action. The arbitrator may not award relief (including monetary relief, injunction, or declaration) to the party seeking relief, and only to the extent necessary to grant the relief sought under that party’s claim(s). Any relief awarded may not affect other Rentequi users .

 

feasibility

Except as it relates to the prohibition of class and representative actions, if the court finds any part of this arbitration agreement invalid or unenforceable, the other parts shall remain in full force and effect. If the court finds the prohibition of class and representative actions invalid or unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement shall be null and void.

 

Claims are claims that expire due to the statute of limitations.

You agree that, notwithstanding any legislation or law to the contrary or any established procedure for dispute resolution, any claim or cause of action you may have arising out of or relating to the use of the Service under these Terms and Conditions must be brought within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or you hereby agree to permanently bar you from bringing such claims.

General Provisions

This agreement and any other agreements referenced herein (such as our Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Rentequi platform . This agreement supersedes any prior agreements unless such prior or subsequent agreements expressly state otherwise and specifically refer to this agreement. In the event of any conflict between this agreement and any written agreement signed between you and us regarding the Rentequi platform , the written agreement shall prevail.

 

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our content and services (including, but not limited to, the Rentequi platform and its advanced services ) with or without notice to you. You agree that we have no liability to you or any third party if we modify or discontinue any of the services, and your sole remedy is to discontinue using the services. Continued use of the services after any such changes will be deemed your acceptance of those changes and your satisfaction with the services as modified.

 

Other parties may also have rights under this Agreement. A “third-party beneficiary” is another party (for example, a company) not explicitly named in an Agreement but which may have certain rights arising from an Agreement. Our licensed licensors may be considered third-party beneficiaries under this Agreement by virtue of our agreements with them. To the extent that our licensed licensors are third-party beneficiaries under this Agreement, the rights and protections afforded to us under this Agreement are for the benefit of those licensors.

 

If we provide you with a translation of this agreement prepared in other languages that are included in the list of languages included in the Rentequi platform , then the version of this agreement prepared in that language shall be effective in case of any conflict.

 

If we decide not to enforce any provision of this Agreement, we reserve the right to enforce it in the future. Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, that provision and any related provisions shall be interpreted in such a way as to best achieve the essential purpose of that provision.

 

 

Accessing Rentequi platform services

 

Rentequi grants you limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, and non-transferable access to the Services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. To use the Service, you will be required to register an account and create login information, including, but not limited to, a valid phone number, username, and password. You must protect the login information you use to access the Services and not disclose it to anyone else. You must immediately notify Rentequi by sending an email to rentequipement@gmail.com Regarding any unauthorized use of your user account or any other breach of security that you know involves and relates to the service.

 

Important information about your use of the services

 

Do not use the services for emergencies. Immediately call your local emergency number if you experience an emergency.

 

 

Rentequi , its licensors, authorized suppliers , and any third parties promoting or linking to services are not legally liable for any professional advice you receive through the service from a service provider, nor for any information obtained from our services. You acknowledge that your reliance on any service provider or information provided through the services is solely your responsibility, and you assume full responsibility for all associated risks.

We are committed to protecting children's privacy. The Rentequi platform is not intended for or designed for children or teenagers under the age of 18. Adult users registered on the Rentequi platform may use the site on behalf of children. Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as users on this online platform and are not permitted to interact with or use it . If you register as a parent or legal guardian on behalf of a minor, you are fully responsible for complying with these terms and conditions.

 

 

Your account and your use of the Rentequi platform

 

Your account is your responsibility.

 

·       Keep your password and real name private.

·       Accurate and complete registration information is a requirement for using the Rentequi platform with its advanced features for professionals .

·       You are responsible for the security of your passwords and for any use of your account.

·       Please immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your passwords or your account.

·       No other person or entity is allowed to use your identity to post on or use the Rentequi platform .

·       Do not include your identity documents, any unauthorized administrative documents , or any other information that may be used to identify you in anything you post and that appears publicly on the Rentequi platform (such as questions or other public submissions) .

Your personal information will be stored securely. Rentequi employs numerous encryption and security technologies and procedures to protect your personal information stored on our computer systems from unauthorized access.

We also maintain standard physical and electronic procedural safeguards that restrict access to your personal information to our employees (or persons working on our behalf and under confidentiality agreements) who need to access your personal information in the course of normal business activities.

You bear full and sole responsibility for any and all use of the applications made using your login credentials.

We reserve the right to cancel or disable your username and password at any time.

Rentequi platform and any content and services must comply with all applicable laws, regulations and ordinances.

By registering, you agree that Rentequi may contact you, including by sending you information , communications, and notifications. These communications may be sent via email, SMS (text message), push notification, or otherwise using the contact information associated with your account, including information provided when you register or update your account settings. We have a no-spam policy, and you can choose not to accept communications and control your communication preferences. We do not sell or distribute our users' email addresses.

 

 

Terms of Subscription

 

Subscription period

The subscription period begins and ends at the end of the period specified in the subscription contract .

 

Renewal

subscription service is continuous , meaning that your membership is ongoing and is automatically renewed under the subscription extension agreement .

 

 

 

Payment authorization

You agree to pay all fees or charges due on your account in accordance with the applicable Fees, Charges and Billing Terms and Conditions at the time the fees or charges are due and payable.

 

You are responsible for paying all fees on time and for providing the Rentequi platform with a valid payment method for paying all fees.

 

Refund Policy

 

Refunds are only issued via the original payment method.

 

All payment obligations are irrevocable and all amounts paid are non-refundable.

 

 

Code of Ethical Principles

 

that Rentequi is a platform that publishes information related to the logistics sector and other licensed activities that fall under the same field.

 

The Code of Ethics serves as an agreement between all users and the site's monitoring team, whereby users ( doctors , pharmacists , practitioners of accredited activities related to the field of logistics services, and generally anyone who has a connection to the site through work or use) give the site's team the absolute right to modify, remove, or delete content submitted by users in any of the following cases:

 

·       The presence of any direct or indirect abuse of a person, company, group of people or group of companies.

·       The presence of any images or content that violates public morals as agreed upon by law, including but not limited to, pornographic images , promotion of a pornographic and/or immoral website, and/or any website or material that violates the law and public morals.

·       The content contains anything that incites discord and strife, and addresses ethnic, religious, and/or political topics that deviate from the site's objective of publishing medical information. This includes promoting so-called magical mixtures and/or unscientific matters, with the exception of legally licensed alternative medicine (and the team has the right to verify the content before announcing it).

·       The presence of material in the content that would commercially promote a particular type, brand, or class of medicine .

·       A definitive statement that the content is stolen from a website or book without attribution.

·       There is a clear and legally proven infringement of the rights of another company, or the intellectual property rights of others.

·       The presence of opinions in the content that could harm the reputation of a company without verification and without scientific or legal proof.

 

The monitoring team has the right to apply this regulation to the content in one of the following ways:

 

·       Partial deletion.

·       Amendment.

·       Announcing a situation (such as announcing a business relationship between the publisher and the reason for consulting him).

·       Do not publish.

·       Request for modification.

 

This list is an integral part of the Terms of Use and Confidentiality Agreement, and is binding on all users as defined above.
